Small friendly group classes offer time and space away from the demands of daily life. They include postures, sequences, breathing, relaxing and meditative practices in a non-competitive friendly environment. Small group sizes allow individual adaptations and modifications and extensions to be offered to each person making yoga accessible to all. After a session you will feel physically extended, relaxed, focused and energised.
Sessions last 75 minutes. No class is the same, some may be more strenuous, others more meditative, some may work with sound or yoga philosophy. They include postures, sequences, breathing, relaxing and meditative practices in a non-competitive friendly environment.
A maximum of 12 students per session allows plenty of time for individual modifications and adaptations making classes accessible for a range of abilities and needs.

For those who are unable to attend regularly or have particular health issues or needs individual sessions are available where you can explore the use of yoga as an effective in support in your life.
Anyone attending a term´s group class will have the opportunity to have one individual lesson per term at the discounted rate to discuss or support any issues/themes that have arisen during the group class.
